In actuallity- the Muslim relgion takes most of its teachings from the judeo-christian bible- it's just mohammad is their prophet- they even recognize Jesus and Abraham- so esentially its the cousin of the jewish belief system- I AM NOT BOOK religious- i think those things cause wars- but I recommend if one is- [and they have the RIGHT TO BE ] that certain ground rules are laid down by the UN or some other international association that says-" you can practice what ever- be it paganism, buddhism, KKK, atheism,Judiasm , Islam, born again freakozoidism, etc. SO LONG AS you dont harm others in the process- and this includes- killing, --stealing LAND, crusading , etc- in the name of your darn crazy hangup of a religion- JUST KEEP IT AT HOME!!!!

I'll never understand why some religious leaders with incredible power feel the need to comment on the religion of others. The Pope should stick to guiding his Catholics in a positive way and not start controversy among the over-sensitive and touchy Muslims (or Jews, for that matter.) Was his intent to start a provocation? Probably not, as his words were taken out of context. However, you can always count on Muslims---especially Muslim Imams and Clerics---to over-react and incite their minions. Let's not forget, also, that the Muslim Clerics' specialty is fomenting hate-speech against all infidels, especially People of the Book and followers of Christ, so if their panties are in a frenzy, then it's just another case of the pot calling the kettle black.

What is it with these Islamists and other so-called "moderate Muslims"? They can destroy Synagogues, Mosques of an opposing sect, Christian Churches, historic Buddhist shrines, and think that nothing is wrong with their behavior. Instead of apologizing for 9-11, they make up lies blaming everybody including Jews, the Mossad, and the Bush administration. After 3000 innocent civilians were killed on 9-11, they danced in the streets, just as they did when Saddam's Scuds were hitting Israel. They worship death and suicide bombers and have no conscience about killing, in the name of honor, a sister or daughter who was raped.
