I'm sorry you had to go though this, but I hope you won't think all American politicians are like this man. I know there are a lot of bad apples in the current political area, but like all bad things they are finally found out. I've found out in my 60 years of life that what goes around, comes around and bad things get found out. There are many good men and women who are really serious about their jobs and serving the American public, or at least I like to think so. This is a lesson for anyone when you are in a situation you know is wrong get out right then. Don't wait around. In my younger days when I was dating I once had to walk home from a situation where I refused someone's attentions. McGreevy is Gay... so what. However, he is corrupt, morally bankrupt, manipulative, narcisistic, and downright sleazy. What makes him think he can get away with it.... The people that voted for him thats who. The entire democratic party in N.J. is corrupt. Corizine ran on not increasing taxes... guess what... one of the first things he did was raise taxes. The people in N.J. are only getting what they vote for. Gov. McGreevy's being Gay is just a distraction from his many other indescretions and general incompetence.

I think that McGreevy is a liar and just protecting himself. He seems not to care about anybody else's life and I applaud Golen for making public his side of the story. Too often politicans get away with anything using their power. It is awful that the media gives only one side of the story.

I heard McGeevey interviewed on a radio talk show promoting his book. His language and attitudes were clearly that of a sociopath. Only in America could a politician exploit the public time over again, ruin his own family and life, become a hero, and then make money on the back end as stupid Americans pander to his 'confession' to buy his book. People...run this former NJ governor out of town on a rail...do us all a favor.

I believe you over a NJ politician. They are known for being liars and he isn't the lst governor of New Jersey who hid his homosexuality and led a double life. There was also one in the 70s as well as the husband of the Ella Grasso in the 70's.

I believe every word of Golan Cipel. Every American must read his side of the story. Jim McGreevey is a dangerous man. He is still manipulating the American public with the help American media which is controlled by Gays and gay sympathisers. This is another American tragedy. A country once stood for principles and characters became a Sodom-Gomorrah controled by people like Jim McGreevy who are only interested to satisfy their lusts. Every Israeli must come on the side of Golan and help him to spread his true story among the American public with the resources that they have in America. Let's face it: If Cipel tried to blackmail McGreevey and it backfired on him, what else could he do BUT deny it? Even though he shouldn't need to do so, Cipel should take a polygraph. If the former governor really is lying, this will help Cipel prove it.

I believe you, Mr. Golen. I worked with a young man at a hospital who was constantly complaining to me about a homosexual who was harrassing him. I was a granny and he wanted me to council him. when I was a 12 year old a child I was harassed sexually by an older teen--but tried to maintain the friendship despite the harassment--until it became inmpossible. Cipel's story rings true from my own experience--and he couldn't have made it up unless he experienced it first hand. As an adult, however, he should have gone to the authorities as soon as the first harassment incident happened. My experience scarred me for many years--perhaps for life--

Amazing to me that anyone believes McGreevy's side of the story. He readily admits to an obsession with sexual encounters with numerous strangers in public places. He writes in graphic detail about his man-lust with no sympathy for the family he has hurt. Why is betrayal to one's spouse acceptable because someone is struggling with their gayness? This man has always been reckless sexually and was selfish to marry. His wife and family have suffered enough but McGreevy keeps blabbing on like a man running naked through a school yard. I'm sick of seeing him on TV. Can't someone on American TV interview his other victim, Golan Cipel? No, they're all too busy creating a *poor sexually misunderstood McGreevy* story.

McGreevy is everything that's wrong with America. It's a lust for power and the abuse of it. It's just unbelievable how Golan could be destroyed. The fact that McGreevy wrote in his book that he was attempting to get Golan to become gay is where the real issue is surfacing that the gay community refuses to own up to. There is a media myth that the gay community is harmless. Nothing futher from the truth, they are aggressive with their agenda. They need more people to be gay so they can succeed. They need people to come out of the closet, and they will accelerate that process in any way shape or form to suit their agenda through humiliation, etc. There are no bounds accept that they cowardly force others to cower to their play the gay card when ever they can.

Y'know, if your life could be ruined by the likes of Jim McGreevey, you probably didn't have much of a life to start with.

Now you know he is gay and you know he is lying. Does he really think he was given that job on his own merits when he knows he was not qualified for the position? Does he really expect us to believe that? He knows he was GIVEN that job and he knows he was given that job because he was McGreevy's lover.

The point is NOT whether Golan is gay - it is whether he was sexually harrassed or not (and nearly raped). McGreevy claims attempted blackmail - a very serious offence. Yet the FBI dropped the case after investigation. This makes Cipels account much more believable. If the players were a hetro male and female - the US court system would be having a field day paving McGreevy's path to prison - just look at Katzav. No - it doesn't matter if Golan is gay or straight - what was done to his is a crime. A serious crime.
