First things stop calling them settlements. Where indeed are the new immigrants supposed to live if not in new homes? Israel has already caused 9,000 inside refugees plus the ones displaced in northern Israel by the war and the homes destroyed in Sderot. You can't expect peoplke to move in with their parents and grandparents and have room to raise their families. Israel like any other nation has the right sand indeed the obligation to plan homes for the new generations to come. Build . It's your land. Samaria and Judea are part of Israel as much as and more than Tel Aviv. Let the Arabs move to Arabia which is their ancestral home and clear the desert there.
