To answer tomas, usa #1, this is no more a war crime than the Israeli army murdering two teen age kids riding bikes yesterday in Beit Hanoun and telling the world they were terrorists coming to pick up rocket launchers. Or murdering fhe 14 year old girl in the Gaza Strip a couple days ago. Or murdering over hundreds of Lebanese civilians in Qana. Face it, Israel is the international war criminal. Check out the number of times it has broken UN rules. Check out the International Court of Justice ruling on the Land-Grab Wall. All the Palestinians are doing is fighting back with pitifully tiny resources, against Murder, Inc.
