Well forgive my ignorance but I had no idea that people not motivated by religion are actually trying to cross into israel illegally(to work). In a way it is a good sign that there is (in the eyes of others) prosperity and hope of a better life by doing this. So much negativity of the situation there is at least momentarily overshadowed by the simple concept that it is a place people will look to go, not just because it is the "holy Land" . While we havce problems with uncontrollable immigration here (which we are furious over) in the US. It appears to a person like me that as long as they are only seeking peaceful and better lives, this sort of immigration could be a benefit. Of course I don't live there so I don't know all the nuances. My point is welcome peaceful people, who come to prosper, ........in moderation.
