This is a very important distinction. Few people think it's bad to be pro-Palestinian. It's not. Most Israelis are pro-Palestinian. That doesn't mean they are pro-PA or pro-PLO or pro-Hamas. But most people think that pro-Palestinian means you want good things for ordinary Palestinian families. Given that definition- those people banging on the car are not, themselves, pro-Palestinian, nor, for that matter are most self-anointed "peace" activists. Their policies, including Oslo, profoundly harmed ordinary Palestinians. They are understandably resentful that the world looked away while Arafat robbed them of billions.

It's fascinating that so many people who weren't present at the talk feel qualified to discuss tha happenings at it.
