Israel needs to decide whether we are keeping Gaza and the West Bank or not. Taking as an assumption that Hamas will never agree to "peace" with Israel a decision needs to be made. My suggestion is to decide on what is good for Israel and act accordingly. If Israel decides that giving up the Gaza strip, keeping someenclaves in the West Bank and returning the rest is in her interests then decide on it and impose it on the Palestinians. Once done, there may ybe something to talk about but at least this forces the conversation. Leaving the situation as it is today is not sustainable and will result in another powder keg. If the Palestinians are faced with a choice: of taking what Israel gives it sitting down and negotiating borders with a TRUE PEACE or bitching about it and having Israel impose its will. Israel needs to dictate this situation, not the terrorists.

Despite our intensive military efforts, Qassams continue to fall in Israel. We need to make the Palestinian legislators know that we are putting the onus on them to stop this. Inform them that for evey rocket falling in Israel. one Palestinian legislator's house will be demolished. They will not know which house each time nor the timing of the destruction, so if any of them or their family are home at the time, too bad. The UN should be told of this deal and it cannot be called illegal. In addition, reoccupy the Philadelphi route to prevent smuggling and at the same time, warn Egypt to act against this on their side of the border, or face the consequences. Bold and decisive action is called for and the vast majority of Israelis will agree. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, let them continue to criticise us. In any case, they always do this.
