But that is just one definition among several. Your definition, Jimmy of Glasgow, is a bit too thin to really describe anything.

When Islamistic rioters, screaming their desire to genocide the Jews, charge at police officers, I expect these officers to defend themselves. And frankly, I would expect the police to use live ammunition or anything else they have to survive. And then every rioter involved should have been arrested and tried for attempted murder, assaulting a police officer, incitement to murder, etc. These people are openly enemies of Israel and Jews - they call themselves Palestinians, they openly declare their hatred of Israel and their desire to have it destroyed.
