Everytime there is a risk for Iran to face the security council, they pretend to want diplomacy again. However the dangerous lunatic antisemite leading Iran only show adamance in not negociating anything. So why should we continue discussing with them? It should be all over now, as it should have been in August at the expiration of the ultimation. Diplomacy for UN and EU is just an excuse for inaction. I wouldn't be surprised if EU decides to talk to them again until they reach a deadlock and threaten to go to the Security council to which point the Iranian will ask for more talks and the same scenario will repeat and repeat until Iran gets enough time to build their weapons. Such threats against Israel should be taken seriously because there is no doubt in any wise man mind that Iran would use nuclear weapons against Israel. Time for talks with them is over, they have had enough time.

I agree with your view. But the fact is that Israel never signed the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, and Iran did. So while Iran is legally bound to allow inspections, Israel is not. Also, the bellicose statements of Ahmadineajhad are so vile and hateful that one has to assume he wants war. It could easily be justified to attack Iran in the minds of Israel and the US leaders, and public opinion would probably go along.
