Democracy itself doesn't mean a thing, it is only a concept, a philosophy. Hitler was democratically elected, as was Hamas. As far as Jews are concerned, both begin with the letter "H" and both exist(ed) primarily to exterminate Jews. The Arabs made their democratic choice, let them live with it. Promoting a coup by Abbas makes as much sense as knocking off Hitler to install Goering.
