i do not discount your knowledge and you are 100% correct with your data. however..... i truly have no answer to your question and i imagine that israel didn't join because keeping their atomic research and their atomic bomb aquizition was of the highest necessity to stabilize the arab agenda in the middle east. not knowing what the israelis have gives israel the power to work independently in its decisions. too many countries want to interfere in the politics of the middle east and it's not in israel's benefit to let them do so. hence....the secrecy. i can assure you that the secrecy or not joining the nnpt has nothing to do with a sinister agenda on the israelis part. it must boil down to the fact that israel doesn't want any outside interference into their atomic research and for anyone to know what they do or don't have. suspense always keeps the bad guys on their toes! i trust 100% that they will never be the first to push the button. you can relax now! we jews love life too much
