What do you mean by America has to "bail out" Israel? The USA has never been asked to bail out Israel. When Israel declared independence in 1948 and were subseqently attacked by the Arabs, they fought and won with barely an army to speak of and no airforce, yet they did not ask for American troops to come and defend them. Israel has won all the wars using its own brave men and women and has never had Americans on its soil to fight on their behalf. Next time you're ready to take sides, read some history and get the facts before you make false and biased statements.

If it is true that these women want to sacrifice themselves to protect a bunch of armed men, then they are stupider than the dirt on which they walk. Using women as human shields has proven to be a useful political tool for the Muslims, plain and simple. If the Muslim men truly cared about their wives and daughters, then they would tell them to stay the hell away from a violent shoot-out, not go toward it. And if, as you say, gender has nothing to do with it (which is a bald-faced lie,) well... I have yet to see a group of un-armed, defenseless MEN surround their armed brethren as a human shield.

I find it interesting that these "human shields" seem to have such respect for the IDF that they think they won't be slaughtered outright. One wonders what they would do if the situation were reversed and the "holy warriers" were the "aggressors."

Actually, Palestinians are descendants of ancient Israelites. Google the terms "y-chromosome jew palestinian" and read the academic articles that result. At least 80% of Palestinian muslim males are descendants of the ancient Israelites with 50% being Judean (or southern tribes) and the remaining 30% being Israelites (northern tribes). I read the Qur'an. Sorry, I don't find it near as spiritual as the Torah and Bible. I agree with you. The God of the Torah and the Bible is not the same god in the Qur'an. Muhammad (pbuhv) chose the symbol of the new moon, the cresent, to represent his new religion. In ancient, poly-theisic Arabia, the cresent was the sign for the moon god, Allah. If you do enough research, and are lucky enough to find evidence not destroyed by those who do not want you to find it, you will "know the truth, and the truth will set you free"!
