Sadam is an evil scumbag to the nth degree and his death would be mourned by few right-thinking people, but capital punishment is unacceptable. Looking into someone's eyes--the window to soul, the window to life--and then extinguishing that soul calculatedly in cold-blood is barbaric, and is in my view far worse than murdering a dozen people in the heat of war.
