Sooner or later, a rocket (most likely a Katyusha), will hit a chemical plant in the close by Israeli city, and send a plume of poisonous gas that will envelope and kill thousands of Jews in Israel (and Muslims). Thousands of rockets we know have been fired into Israel itself, many after the "withdrawal" (designed to kill as many Jews as possible). Where are the so-called human rights groups then? Why is it that when Jews are murdered in their beds, the Arabs are applauded worldwide, but the opposite when Arabs are killed, accidently? Where is this all leading, now that Pelosi (US) is in and Rumsfeld, is gone? Can we trust Pelosi, Kennedy and Burtha to defend Israel in the future, or sanction bombing Iran's nukes? The HIgh Courts have no business getting involved here. These self hating Israelis should be talking to the Defense Ministry, not the courts. As for their request maybe it should be, however, as long as rockets are flying then so should our shells in response.

You're talking about the many civilians uninvolved in the fighting that VOTED FOR and PROVIDE COVER for hamas- right? Civilians get hurt in ALL conflicts ... letit be their "civilians" who are really combatants too chicken to put on a uniform. Read the Geneva Convention: articles 28 & 29 -- Israel is well within it's rights!
