How can a Haredi be "gay"? If he comes from a Haredi home like the judge M. Cheshin, does that mean he's Haredi? And if a "black-hatter" eats in treif restaurant, is he also Haredi? If a Haredi does not act in accordance with the Torah and has no Heavenly fear, how in the world is he a Haredi? Why would you consider him Haredi? Orthodox means Torah observant, one of the mitzvot in the torah is not to indulge in the abomination of men sleeping together in the fashion of a man and a woman. the Torah says that hashem says that not a human so if these gays transgress this mitzvah they are not Torah observant thus not orthodox. What makes them presume to be torah observant? this sin is wrse than easting treif or desecrating shabbos!
