Israel is not an apartheid state only someone with hostile feelings towards the Jewish people would say so. The land you are speaking of in the West Bank is "disputed territories",which Israel won in a defensive war. The Palestinians never had any sovereign state on any part of the West Bank. It was occupied through the centuries by many different nations but not the Palestinians. In fact,the West Bank[Judea and Samaria] was more a part of the nation Israel before the diaspora then Tel Aviv or Haifa the area inside the so called Green Line was,Jews have always lived in Judea and Samaria. Jews lived in Hebron for centuries before the whole community was massacred in 1929 by their Arab neighbors. Why should the Palestinian Arabs have any more right to live there then the Jewish people whose civilzation was born there?
