Maybe I'm just looki ng for a silver lining but a resolution that "expresses regret" about the Beit Hanoun incident but still included a condemation of the Qassan rocket fire sounds more like a slap on the wrist of the Palestinians...the only people "condemned" in this resolution.

The Israeli Government should NOT give permission to the UN General Assembly committee "to look into the facts" of Gazans killed in Beit Hanoun. BTW only after the 156 countries, which have voted in favor of this resolution, have pressed the Gazans - NOT to fire Kassam rockets into Israel - IF for 1 year the Gazans haven't fired ANY rockets into Israel - only then the UNGA committee can come to Beit Hanoun "to look into the facts".
