3. Kol Hakovod and Mazal Tov Dudu!!
happy ,   birthday dudu!   (11.22.06)
It is the people of Israel that are great they are the inspiration, the ones that make me proud. It is not the Govt who makes bad decisions time and time again, taking us here, moving us there, not protecting us not providing for the poor whilst they drive around in there fancy cars. G-d bless the people of Israel... I pray for change so that we can all move forward in peace with our neighbours.

7. Ad an hee'ganu? To whence have we come?
SL ,   New York   (11.22.06)
It has come to this: a Jewish boy cannot have a normal bar mitzvah, in the State of Israel, in 2006. His friends have fled. This reminds one of Europe in the late 1930s, frankly. The 11th hour is upon the State of Israel. Either the leadership acts to protect the lives of its citizens, or they should pack up and leave (as have Olmert's children, who live in New York). The people of Israel deserve better than these cowards.
8. I Love The Israeli Sense of Family
Adina Kutnicki ,   US   (11.22.06)
It is stories like these that give me hope that Israel will survive. While its leadership is arrogant, foolish, petty and sometimes downright malevolent, the average 'Joe' or 'Jane' is what makes Israel the special place it is. When I visited Israel I felt that special connection with that average 'Joe' and 'Jane'. Aside from a small segment of really evil terror supporters in Israel (Arab & Jewish), the people in general are the best in the world.

from the right wingers, the leftists, and from the orthodox I realize with no exxageration that unity as a Jewish nation can only come through Jewish values. We must keep strong and united. Brit Milah or Bar Mitzvahs this is what keeps us united. Realize the importance of holding up to Jewish values, traditions and people. We are one nation and one soul. Unity brings strength, strength brings power against both the Jews and the Gentiles who try to bring this nation and its Torah down.

22. DEFENSE Officials: PM REJECTED Crucial Plans to STOP ROCKETS
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (11.23.06)
In the cruel, global war fought to subjugate all nations under Islamic rule, Israel and the Free World's people are massively betrayed. In a treasonous surrender to global jihadists, the U.S. EU UN seek to duplicate the terrorist success of Gaza with a second Global Islamic Terror State in the Jewish ancestral homeland of Biblical Judea and Samaria. WorldNetDaily.com Olmert 'restraining' Israeli military in Gaza Defense officials say PM rejected 'crucial' plans to stop rocket attacks November 17, 2006 By Aaron Klein JERUSALEM – Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has rejected military plans for a large-scale assault in the Gaza Strip that would include reoccupation of parts of the territory the Jewish state evacuated last summer, according to senior military officials here. The officials said according to Israeli Defense Forces assessments, the best options to stop the daily rocket fire from Gaza into nearby Jewish communities and to halt the regular smuggling of weapons from neighboring Egypt include drafted plans to retake parts of Gaza. The plans were not approved by Olmert's security cabinet. They said other options presented to the Israeli government for a large-scale Gaza assault focusing on dismantling the terror infrastructure inside the Gaza Strip have also been rejected by Olmert... As WND reported, senior IDF officials told Israel's Knesset three weeks ago more than 20 tons of weapons have been brought into Gaza from the neighboring Sinai desert in the last 10 months alone, including a large number of anti-tank and anti-aircraft missiles. WND also obtained a report by the intelligence branch of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party which stated Hamas has smuggled between several hundred and 1,300 tons of weapons from Egypt into the Gaza Strip, including advance rockets; anti-tank and anti-aircraft missiles; rocket-propelled grenades; raw explosives; rifles; ammunition; and other heavy weaponry. In a deal brokered in November by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, the Egypt-Gaza border, once controlled by the Jewish state, now is manned by Egyptian and Palestinian security officials and observed by European monitors... "Occupation of the northern Gaza Strip will inhibit a lot of rocket fire, but we know we would need to retake most of the central and northern Strip to completely stop the fire," an IDF source said. "We should never have withdrawn in the first place," a senior IDF officer told WND... Al Aqsa's Abu Ahmed said his group is receiving help from Hezbollah to import long-range rockets and train in guerrilla warfare tactics. He said Hezbollah maintains cells in the Sinai. "The Sinai is an excellent ground for training, the exchange of information and weapons and for meetings on how to turn every piece of land into usable territory for a confrontation with Israel," Abu Ahmed said. The terror leader said Palestinian groups are developing war bunkers inside Gaza similar to the underground Hezbollah lairs Israel found during last month's war in Lebanon... http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53005

Linda Rivera ,   New York   (11.23.06)
Israel continues committing national suicide - abandoning Jewish security and endangering the Jewish state. www.telegraph.co.uk Israel prepares to allow Palestinian troops into Gaza By Tim Butcher in Jerusalem 15/11/2006 Israel is on the brink of a policy U-turn that would authorise 1,500 armed Palestinian soldiers based in Jordan to move into the West Bank and Gaza Strip... The United States, which is behind the initiative, hopes that the arrival of the troops, trained and equipped to relatively high standards by the Jordanian armed forces, will restore badly-needed order in the occupied territories.... Raised in the early 1970s from among the millions of Palestinian refugees living in Jordan, the Badr Brigade has never been allowed into the occupied territories because Israel has regarded it as an enemy force... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2006/11/15/wgaza15.xml Abbas: Little Jihad is over, Big Jihad starts http://www.israelnationalnews.com/news.php3?id=75030 A May, 2006 IDF assignment provided protective IDF escort of weapons, including 3,000 U.S. M-16 assault rifles and over one million rounds of ammunition to PA/PLO terrorists for use against defenseless Jewish innocents. WorldNetDaily.com ... Force 17 senior officer Abu Yousuf told WND in an exclusive interview last week the weapons will be shared with the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and utilized for attacks against Jews... The officials said a U.S. government representative was present at the Allenby Bridge and oversaw the transfer of the shipment across the border, where it was then driven by a convoy protected by the Israeli Defense Forces and delivered to Force 17 representatives in Ramallah and at the Erez Crossing, the main checkpoint between Israel and the Gaza Strip. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=50709 STOP Inciting Children to Kill ! http://www.teachkidspeace.com/flash.php http://littlegreenfootballs.com/weblog/pictures/PalestinianChildAbuse
25. Mazal Tov to Dudu and his family
tma   (11.23.06)
I saw your story on the news and was very moved by the number of strangers who decided to attend the bar-mitzva celebration to bring up Dudu's spirit after he had expressed his fear that no one would come to his bar-mitsvah. My sympathies to all Sderot residents. I hope you will soon be able to live in peace. Amen.

28. Olmert's Treason
David   (11.23.06)
And who does Dudu have to thank? The paralyzed Israeli government that finally collapsed and surrendered to terrorism this week. It is a a disgrace of immoral proportions how a weakling such as Olmert has lost his nerve and cowers, by sacrificing Jewish livelihoods as he refrains from acting. According to Olmert, the lives of enemy civilians [and lets not forget the terrorists themselves as he calls them to tell that Israeli jets are on the way] are more important. Israel has lost its moral compass. It is embracing a “turn the other face” un-Jewish immorality. What happens when this is done? The other side of the face is slapped and youy get your ass kicked. Where are the Raful Eitans and Arik Sharons of Israel? They are all dead. Israel is losing the war against the enemy because it has lost its moral compass of putting Israel first.

"Israel is losing the war...because it has lost its moral compass of putting Israel first." No, David. Israel is losing the war because it has lost its moral compass of putting G-d first.
