The evacuees should try be more constructive in building a future. They moan and groan and look for handouts. I hope they do not end up the Palestinian refugees in camps for 50 years
4. 'O Jah you are our place of dwelling'
marilyn   (11.23.06)
As a worshipper of Jehovah I would love to share with these people the promise that 'if we seek first the Kingdom of God. All these other things will be added to us.' Now this promise helps us to structure our lives around the orders of God we find in his word.We have structured and disciplined prayer life, we have our roles ordered and unconfused, we have enjoyment in our songs of praise and circle dance. We have strong ordered and functional families. Our blessing over flow. And what is the west pursuing why it structures its existence around materialism and money. Buzy buzy buzy, too buzy for God. So you have your community you have your families, God says he will never forsake you or desert you, if he is first in your life.Look at what you do have and praise God.

Have you, yourself, got 12 kids to feed twice a day? Have you, yourself, ever been kicked from home with false promises ?

You do not know what it means to be driven out of your own home. Shame on YOU
9. # 5 "j" : "left willingly?"
Y ,   Israel   (11.23.06)
Tell me "j": where were you August 17, 2005?. There were 8000 Jews (mostly women and children) in Gush Katif facing an army of some 50,000 Israeli police and soldiers. The only way to have stopped the expulsion was for a massive refusal of soldiers to obey orders or for some 200,000 plus of our fellow patriots to either bring the govt. in Jerusalem to a halt or for this population to converge on Gush Katif. Unfortunately, the numbers in either case weren't even close. What fight did you expect some 1200 men ("heads" of households) to do, shoot at our own boys and girls in uniform?! Even prior to the expulsion, barely 50,000 people (mostly youth) ever showed up at demonstrations against the govt. In short, don't blame the victim.
10. what now?
chava ,   yerushalayim   (11.23.06)
I know you most definitely didn't leave willingly. Even those who signed before the "end" signed under duress. No one wanted to leave, and everyone wants to rebuld communities. But give the rest of us some credit. There were demonstrations with hundreds of thousands, not only youth. We, supporters who didn't live there, really don't know what to do now. Not everyone has it in him to be an activist. Nevertheless, we certainly don't blame the victim. I think we've got to get rid of this government, not only for your sakes.
11. Refugees in Israel
Petra ,   USA   (11.23.06)
How much like New Orleans. Displaced persons with the difference being that Israels people were struck by their own governments neglect without any hurricane. Didn't we leave all that behind when Israel was re-established? Until all Jewish citizens of Israel are treated with dignity and equal protection under the law, there is no justice. Sharons in a coma, what's the governments excuse now?

Honestly, think about your statement. "Have you, yourself, ever been kicked from home with false promises ? " Think about the people that have been forcibly removed from their homes, without a single cent of compensation...... The people who were there before the settleres, the people who live in Gaza and don't have access to water or electricty for large parts of days, while the settlers bask in their swimming pools, wash their cars..... and tell me who are the victims ???
