Why not let these 400,000 into West Bank or Gaza (or let other Arab states take them), once the Palestinian state comes into being (with Hamas fanatics in power, it is hard to predict when that would happen though).

states very clearly that Israel is and will remain a demoratic Jewish/Hebrew nation state where all citizens are granted the same INDIVIDUAL rights and OBLIGATIONS. However, there are NO NATIONAL RIGHTS for minorities since only the Hebrew culture is the norm in Israel, just like the French culture is the norm in France. There is no need to deny any Arab "right of return" since this "right" does not exist, unless they mean the Arab return to Arabia.
