Go to Jihad Watch site - they have an intereting article on how Islamic teaching creates a pathological mind-set. They review a Phd dissertation expanded into a book that sounds pretty interesting. They also mention one of the best studies I have ever read called "The Arab Mind" by Dr Raphael Patai. It's good background to understanding what is happening not just in Gaza but all over the Muslim world.

Peters’s "From Time Immemorial"? I laughed so hard as I read your suggestion. It’s a well known hoax and fraud. It has been exposed years ago and in the academia its short for fraud. Let me give you an advice, when you read Alan Dershowitz’s “The Case for Israel”, you will see another hoax, you will see how it reproduces the same lies. Just check the facts, don’t buy the shit they sell you. The Israeli new historians (Morris, Segev, Pappe, Flapan, etc) use the Israeli state archives and will tell you how silly your views are.
