This man was properly tried, and convicted. The fact that he was a Jew is irrelevant. Israel is a county of laws. The real problem is that Israel's biased policy about convicted Arab terrorists, makes a mockery of his incarceration. Arabs can expect to go free, while Jews will languish for years in jail, with little hope for a reprieve. That's the real tragedy of all of this. Killing Palestinians, except in self-defense, cannot be permitted under any circumstances. We, Jews, are not Germans, or Hamas or Islamic Jihad or the PLO or Fatah. We still are the "Chosen people" with responsibilities to act humanely. We are not Shias or Sunnis killing one another over who is descendent from G-d. We don't behead people for minor crimes. I think he probably just simply cracked...but he still murdered his victims for the simple fact that they were Palestinians.
