1. send tennebaum to prison
dante ,   uk   (12.25.06)
the responsibility for the inexplicably stupid and danerous "deal" rests squarely on the shoulders of the former PM and his government. the present government obviously has not learned anything from the folly of its predecessor. nothing can be done about the disastrous deal but one can learn from it and tennenbaum can be sent to prison. the government made an ill-advised deal with him and he failed to abide by its terms. put him in a cell.
2. Tennenbaum broke his agreement; time for gaol
Paola ,   Cambridge   (12.25.06)
Tennenbaum put his criminal and selfish interests above the interests of the People and government of Israel. When, despite this, he was foolishly traded for hundreds of terrorists, he made an agreement with the government which agreement he broke. Now, he should pay, at least as much as he can be made to pay. The people behind the outrageous prisoner "exchange" should share a cell with Tennenbaum. The studpidity of the Israel government is hard to understand.
3. Include Tennenbaum in prisoner swap
Barry Berger ,   Qiryat Tivon, Israel   (12.25.06)
Elhanan Tennenbaum should be number 1 on the list of terrorists and criminals who we will send to Hizballah and Hamas in exchange for our kidnaped soldiers!
4. tannenbaum
sas ,   israel   (12.25.06)
really do not want to hear about him. every word written about him is wasted. he should simply disappear. the sooner the better. he is a disgrace to our country and more of a disgrace to those that negotiated to get him back.

you're in the wrong business. since when has our government and/or judicial branch ever been motivated by such petty considerations as justice and law?
6. Send Tannenbaum to jail not law school!
Miriam   (12.25.06)
7. Israel frees this guy, but ignores Pollard?!
Robyn ,   Philadelphia   (05.01.17)
Pollard should be on the top of Israel's priorities. Free Pollard.
