I see a violation of the cease-fire in Sderot, and I would not call an arrest operation the same level as the firing of a rocket against a civilian and inflicting pain and damage to the person, endangering a hopeless young Jew's life. Before stating a judgement about whether Israeli arrests are cease fire breach or not, one dhould reag carefully the piece of news related to trhose arrests. Then and only then one can find out that those are not normal arrests (as some readers contend on this forum) carried out according to the rules of normal arrests ( as Israel always like to claim) . The Heroes of the IDF always see to it that they humiliate all the inhabitants of the area concerned, then exercise their best hobby of killing a couple of teenagers (and some women and children also if they are in the mood and they feel like it) just to arrest what they claim is their wanted terrorist. If it were really about arresting someone, then why not arrest the wanted person and get over with it? even to comprehend what a ceasefire agreement means let alone respect a truce. When parties agree to a truce, the agreement is supposed to stick because BOTH parties have AGREED to it. When one party says okay to a truce, they don't get to qualify breaking that truce by hectoring and haggling over the semantics of the agreement.
