If everybody were put to death who "disobeyed Un orders," half the world would be burying the other half. Why don't we just disband the UN, let all the reps go home and try something a little more effective?
4. TO #3
JOSH ,   TEXAN   (12.30.06)
That would be nice and all but it will never happen. The world is getting closer to the return of JESUS. Things are piling up and there is not much more to be done. I feel sorry for those who oppose Israel; just read the Bible and all answers will be given. Want a website to whom I believe to be the "Anit-Christ"? www.justice4peace.com
5. He should have been executed for more
Persian CAT   (12.30.06)
than killing more than 100 people as tragic that is. The reason why he was convicted and executed for killing the Iraqi villager was to prevent him from testifying in court abou much larger crimes that he committed but with the direct financial from other Arabs, Britain, Holland, Belgium, Germany, the USSR, and of course France which even give him missiles and aircraft among other things. Many European chemical and conventional weapons manufacturers PROFITED from him and even some were rescued from bankrupcy! The whole world knows that Saddam carried water for the US and killed many more poeple, but this trial was a deliberate effort for those facts not to be brought up in a court of law. Does anyone beleive that such a court could have ever convened in Europe of the US while with so much cuplpabiliity?

10. RIGHT CONCLUSION #5
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (01.01.07)
Your conclusion is absolutely correct.Had Saddam's trial continued beyond what we read in the press, all the past association with various companies(all Wester,I am afraid) would have been exposed. It would have ridiculed the Bush administration further in putting on trial a tyrant whom they assisted in finishing Iran.More time and more embarrasment would have been the outcome.Countries like Saudi Arabia learnt with dismay that the day of hanging coincided with Eid.Where were the Saudis when Idd congregation in Dezful had to be dispersed due to rampant firing of rockets on civilian areas. This is just one out of the many religious occassions that the Iranians suffered.Where were the Saudis ulemas and the Govt?

The end of another bad chapter of humanity. Hopefuly others will learn from this but I doubt it. Evil will always be evil. I just don't understand how some people think that they are following God's will by killikg inocent lives.
