Hitler was not a Roman Catholic, so the Pope could hardly kick him out of that church. The Pope doesn't have any authority over non-Catholics and not that much over Catholics. It would have made about as much sense for Jewish leaders to expell him from that faith, and I don't recall reading about that either. Hitler even offered to send the jews on luxury liners to other countries, including the U.S., but all declined. Ahmadinejad has already called for the Germans to give them land. It's as if he has the Hitler playbook. Also, Let's not forget the key role that Iran played in the starting of the last Israel/Lebanon conflict, and how Israel took a public perception beating despite being attacked first. Unlike other nuclear enemies we have, mutually assured destruction has kept peace. In this case, not so. Let's see if I understand. Previously, this "educated" college professor turned president of Iran denied the occurence of the holocast! That in and of itself seems a bit "uneducated". But now he's changed his mind and admitts the event. Further, he claims that Hitler was Jewish and that it was Hitler's self-hate of his lineage that led to the killing of so many . . . ??? . . . I'm still waiting to see anything truly negative produced against Ahmadinejad that is not propaganda. The propaganda express -- first on Iraq, now against Iran -- is clear and obvious. Richard - A terrific idea! I think this guy is really the former Iraqi Minister of Information. The plastic surgery works pretty well for him, but as the PM of Iran, there's no hiding the Minister of Information's ability to state the absurd with an absolutely straight face.
