The State of Israel should offer this guy citizenship.
32. Jawher Citizenship?
Allan ,   Phoenix USA   (01.07.07)
Congratulations to Mr. Jawher. But calm down guys. He should be asked if he would like to remain in Israel first. If so, he should be given legal residency and then be put on a track for future citizenship if he proves to be a good Israeli. Let's not forget. Israel is a Jewish state.
33. He deserve it!!
Mike   (01.07.07)
It is a pitty to give him Bahrainy citizenship in the first place. When he did his visit to what is called Israel, he was pretty sure that his visit would not be seen as a normal visit for a country that doesn't reconize Israel. Israel was questioning their K memember for holding talks with PLO in the 80's.

Guy ,   California, USA   (01.09.07)
The societal norms of the country he lives in are ass backwards. If you have the same backwards, bigoted views, would it be too much to ask that you don't let the doorknob hit you on the way out?
40. ASK WHY?
Tarek ,   Scottsdale, AZ USA   (01.09.07)
Before you guys get all upset at this, have you ever stopped and asked WHY do Arabs have such issues with ISrael??? Very simple, Israel is and has been occupying Palestine since 1948 and the West bank since 1967 , and this has created ove 1million Refugees and many palestinians are killed daily, and have their homes bulldozed! ASK WHY???
41. Bahrain Racism

42. Bahrain is the new Babylon
Rivka Asay Sterling ,   Nashville, TN, USA   (01.09.07)
After years of study, I can share that the mantle of Babylon - the enemy of our Creator, full of themselves, with their Tower of Babel, sin and rebellion is located in the Islamic artificially created land of Bahrain and outlying areas. Read the book of Revelation in the bible - it describes what will happen to them in the end.
43. Too bad!
HCL ,   Arizona USA   (01.09.07)
Start a marathon from the little pathetic country to Israel, I bet half of the citizens with legs and brains will probably participate!
44. Simon Mohammed's English is lacking. (Post 15)
Aaron ,   Kansas City, MO   (01.09.07)
Simon. I disagree with your stance. Plus, your english is poor. Please stop violating our national norms and learn how to speak and write the official language of the USA.

Guy ,   California, USA   (01.10.07)
Simon Muhammed, one thing some Muslims seem to enjoy dedicating their time to pointing out & taking offense over various injustices. Why isn't taking this man's citizenship considered an injustice? It's certainly an injustice & shouldn't be defended on such weak grounds as "cultural sensitivity".
46. It is not the first case.
leo ,   USA   (01.10.07)
1979. USSR goes to Afghanistan. 1980 US boycotts Moscow Olympics. US athletes come as freelancers. Win medals, go home. 1984. USSR boycotts LA Olympics. None of Soviet athletes comes. We all know where is SU and where is US today.
