Israel has done this before in Iraq. At the time, the whole world, including the US, criticized and condemned Israel, BUT years later, during the 1st gulf war, the whole world was thankfull that Saddam had no nukes. This is a very similar situation where a crazed regime is attempting to hold the ME and the rest of the world hostage with oil and nukes. An Israeli strike would be risky, but knocking out their nuke capabilities would be worth it in the long run. I don't foresee Israel doing this alone and I don't foresee Iran having nukes. Do the math and you'll figure out that the US, UK and some others will help take down Iran.

Dropping preemptive nukes is insane. A war of words is not just cause to nuke someone. If you think the US will support this you are deluding yourself. Iran has signed the NPT and claims they don’t want nukes. Even if it’s a lie nuking them is not the answer. All that proves is they were right to want them in the first place. Then NPT will then be worthless and every country with the resources to build nukes will pull out. I don’t believe Israel is actually this stupid so I’m not overly worried about it.
