Men have better spacial skills than woman. Pilots need excellent spacial skills. Substandard pilots will lead to casualties. PC appointments in this area are just plain stupidity. Quotas will cause damage. If there is a female with the skill set then let her qualify but she has to be as good as the males. That is without examining the cost of training and then subsequent pregnancy of the woman.

#1: Girls????? #2: Don't just talk about the glory of flying. Let "the girls" hitch a ride - the how and where is your problem - on a F 22. Then show them a JSF 35 and tell them they might graduate just in time for one of those. #3 When dealing with an all-female flight crew, do not to use the term "cockpit." Try to remember "box office." #4 In times of war, have just one of the enemy tell the ladies that their butts look too big in those IAF uniforms and then get the hell out of the way!!! A combat pilot on PMS is good, too. You IAF "boys" simply have to learn how to tap our strengths.

Just because men won't admit that they're lost, it doesn't mean they have better spatial skills. The Global Positioning System was not invented for women. I don't have an answer for the getting pregnant, other than that the world would come to a screeching halt, if women decided they wanted no more of that.

Trust me, that special floatation gear doesn't do you one bit of good, unless you happen to hit very soft water :-)

If these women are good enough to be pilots, then they are good enough to be mothers. Don't waste your breeding stock on gun fodder. One man can service many women. If there are no women, then there will be no children. By the way, the foregoing reasoning is fully implemented in Islam where non-muslim women are welcomed, but women marrying out of Islam are subject to the death penalty, as are men. Islam does not passively accept assimilation.
