This headline is misleading. It should be something like: "Israel Turns Over Palestinean Tax Revenues" At first glance it makes people think that Israel gave Palestine large sums of Israeli money out of the goodness of their hearts which is definitely not true.

Israeli victims of Palestinian terrorists are owed every cent of that money as reparations just the same as we were owed reparations by Nazi terrorists. Surviving family members of those killed, and surviving victims who were maimed are owed that money. Israel has incurred huge medical and disability costs caring or terror victims. We have also incurred massive defense costs protecting against terrorists. Giving that money to Palestinians is a total sell-out of Israeli victims and an insult to the memory of those who were murdered.
