They killed mainly kids almost all civillians, so even with no ceasefire we would have seen only more dead lebanese children and women, more dead israeli soldiers and more damage to lebanon's infrastructure.

Dave, we don't need another Iraq, but it is true that Hezballah has grown powerful. The only reason many Christians are against toppling this particular, albeit corrupt government (what government isn't, anyway?), is because it would mean Hizballah being in full control. And that we can't allow. Deep down many of us wished Israel would destroy Hizballah this summer, unfortunately all you did was make the HA look good to the Western powers. Not good for you, and terrible for us. Also, you missed most of your targets, and we, the civilians, took the punishment instead. :(

Do you honestly think that most of our leaders care for the country? Do you not see that the money taken from the US will be for a very very big price?
