Here in Los Angeles, Jews and Arabs live together in total peace. They even go to the same commercial establishments. Livni is being politically correct. I think in her heart she knows the futility of what she expouses, 2 states side by side in peace. Neither Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Syria, Iran or Maliki (Iraq) have indicated the 2 state solution is viable. They want it all. Sure, economic zones, and perhaps tearing down the fence sound nice..that's about it, it sounds nice. Israel offered peace to the Arabs and got 3 nos. They still say no, but with more finesse. Look to Iraq and Lebanon to see Israel's future, if it withdraws to the Holocaust borders demanded by the Arab League and Saudi plan. Only UN 242 should prevail here.

Why must tiny Israel be responsible in creating a Palestinian state by sacrificing a huge part of its Biblical and Historic homeland of Judea and Samaria which Israel liberated from the Arab Islamist-Jihadist occupiers in the War of 1967? The fact is Jordan is a large country and 80% of its population are Palestinians. Why can't the world get Jordan to absorb the Palestinians encroaching in Israel? The Leftists are known for giving away Israel's territories to the Arab Islamist-Jihadists thinking that it would bring peace. Unfortunately, Israel got more rocket and terrorist attacks in return. What Israel needs to know is that the Arab Islamist-JIhadists will continue to harass and attack Israel as part of their Jihadist mission to cleanse the Middle East of Jews. It is time Israel and the West understand exactly what they are up to.
