Where do these 'naughty' clothes and 'naughty' girls come from, if all 'these chareidim' are so holy in their own holy areas? Doesn't make sense. They're surely not so bored that they need to put on a show for passers by? I agree fully that when in chareidi areas, we must dress accordingly, or not go there. I think that many converts and nouveau religious have problems to sort out, and this is one of their ways of coping. Nouveau rich and Nouveau religious(nouveau Jewish too) are SO similar.
