I don't see why the picture and the warning imply that it is a racist remark against the Jews (poisoning). It appears as though the Rabbi is teaching or reading from his book this instruction to his disciple or the other person.

It is very hard to know just what was the intent of whoever drew this security tip up, but the Torah is well known for it's dietary regulations and efforts to promote good healthy habits amongst it's followers. But a totally different standard is held regarding their own prejudices.
