I can undersatnd Al-Jazeera and the rest of the usual suspects claiming these balloons to be poisonous as all they do is ramp up hatred and violence across the middle east. This only proves what A-holes Olmert & Livni really are. Israeli troops could have easily reached the Litani early on and wiped out most of the Hizb. fighters in Southern Lebanon. Nasrallah would have sent reinforcements and they would have been killed trying to make it to the Southern side of the Litani. Looks like Balloons DID what Olmert & Livni CAN'T.
