1. Saudi "Alwaleed bin Talal" would start to sweat !!
KMR ,   Middle East   (02.06.07)
2. He's got my vote!!!!
Jellybean ,   Chicago   (02.06.07)
3. Alas, the primaries will be the end of him
Cameron ,   da big Colossus   (02.06.07)
As much as I like Giuliani & his more centrist positions on social and domestic issues, the fact that the rest of the US has a pronounced distaste for New Yorkers along with the unified opposition from all social conservatives will mean his rocket never gets off the pad.
4. Go Rudy
J K ,   NYC, USA   (02.06.07)
There is no way I am voting for Hillary. I was around for all of Rudy's reign here in NY. He is a bully, but he gets things done. He would likely have my vote.
5. Democrats will love it, US is sick of Bush & his cronies
NN ,   USA   (02.06.07)
6. Giuliani for President
Joseph ,   San Francisco, USA   (02.06.07)
Rudy would be one of the best presidents our country ever had. If he runs for president (and I hope he does), no doubt about it he will win in a landslide. Bloomberg or Pataki would be good running mates for VP. Go RUDY Go!
7. He's got the dem's & the GOP vote
JD ,   Walla Walla, WA   (02.06.07)
This is going to be a land slide. Even with some of his far left views, he is going to get the GOP partyline vote, and the Dem swing vote. Maybe for the first time in who knows how long, a GOP candidate is going to get the NY vote!!
8. More points in Giuliani's favor
Raymond from DC ,   Washington, DC USA   (02.06.07)
If one is to chose a Chief Executive it helps if one's *been* an executive with a strong track record. Anyone who successfully ran New York City, and went head to head with its many vested interests, is strong enough to lead. The fact that he left New York cleaner, safer, and more prosperous than he found it says a lot for him. In contrast, those in the Senate vying for office have only functioned as one member of a hundred; those in the House fare even worse. The sign on President Truman's desk read, "The buck stops here". How many of them have ever had to make the final, responsible decision for anything of public importance? It also helps to have someone who can unabashedly stand for good against evil. When Arafat, in NYC for an anniversary celebration for the UN, tried to crash the mayor's party uninvited, Giuliani had him thrown out. When Saudi Prince Alwaleed, as #1 recalls, offered ten million dollars after 9/11 with the suggestion that US policy had brought on that attack, Giuliani gave him back the check. Such a man isn't likely to suck up to the US' fair weather allies in the Mideast, or to terrorist sympathizers in the US.
9. Rudy has my vote!
Sherry Eisenberg ,   Staten Island, NY   (02.06.07)
10. Although it is probably obvious...
Meni   (02.06.07)
i have heard through people who are very in the know (ie who know him) that he is definitely running, so no need to speculate
11. #3 US distaste for New Yorkers?
Hebrew girl ,   USA   (02.06.07)
I don't know who you have been talking to but I don't sense an American dislike for New Yorkers in fact I sense the opposite. If it is a choice between McCain, Romney, and Guliani, I will definately vote for Rudy. Although morality is important to me I think that the protection of America and Israel from Islamic terrorists is #1. What about Joseph Lieberman? This will be my first election and I can't wait!
12. Even if a tornado hits Election Day, Rudy will have my vote!
LEE ,   NY, USA   (02.06.07)
13. Rudy running for President
Brenda ,   Indiana, USA   (02.06.07)
I will vote for anyone running against Hillary Clinton, I don't care who they are. Who wants another Clinton in the White House? Her husband was a coward and a lier and the Dems have the nerve to call Bush the same. Clinton has Bush beat all to hell when it comes to lying. I saw Rudy on Hannity and Colmes tonight and I must say that I like the way he answered Hannity's questions. After his showing on 9/11 and with Arafat and the Saudi Prince he sounds like he will be a strong President and that's what we need.
14. rudy is my man
(02.06.07)
i love rudy!!!!! he's a decent no bull shit kind of guy. anyone who spits in the saudi prince 10 million dollars check and hands it back is my kind of guy. what rudy actually told this prince by refusing his check is GO TO HELL BECAUSE 10 MILLIONS WILL NEVER BUY BACK THE LIVES OF 3000 NEW YORKERS WHO PERISHED ON 9/11. KOL HAKAVOD RUDY! and he has a jewish wife!!!!
15. Giuliani Is The Best Choice

17. Rudy's the only candidate that will stand up to Islamo nuts
Jeremy ,   Memphis, TN   (02.06.07)
I can't wait to vote for him.
18. If he could do it in New York...
Julia ,   Israel   (02.06.07)
If Rudi cleaned up New York so well then imagine the wonders he would do for Iraq!
19. HE CLEANED UP 42ND ST IN NYC
BUSH ,   USA   (02.06.07)
It went from one of the biggest crimes to literally none at all. He got rid of some Italian mafias which were powerful during Dinkins days and said I am Italian also so they have no clue who they are messing with. Most importantly he is very appreciative to those that do good to him never to flip flop. He was very good to the Jews of NY for voting him in throughout his 8 yrs of leadership. He did not start in office on January 1 WHICH FELL OUT ON SHABBAT of the first year but rather on Jan 2 To show his appreciation for the Jews that voted him in. That is what I call a leader.
20. Join Rudy
