If anything is destibilizing the mosque, it isn't any archological excavation outside the temple mount, but this holes in the temple mount itself, caused by the irresponsible waqf. The now-disputed israeli works outside the Mughrabi gate are at least 70 meters away from Al-Aqsa mosque and won't affect the mosque.
