4) Create a Plan for relocation of Palestinians to Jordan, Egypt, any Arab country of their choice.
5) Follow up with significant economic aid distributed directly to individual Palestinian families, and appropriate aid to Arab governments in proportion to the number of Palestinians they take in.

Making peace and living in peace are primarily functions of the will and capability of the people.
The evidence of the last 90 years shows that the Palestinean Arabs are not capable of making peace or living in peace.
