Israel is meant to be the people of God. The Jews consider themselves the people of God, the Christians consider themselves to be the people of God and muslims considers themselves to be the people of God. We all by definition are "Israel" this is the true meaning of the word. I want to point that, many christians & muslims who live in the Middle East now are decendents of Jews ancestors. Therefore, it is very logical that every person who believes in God has the right to pray in Jerusalem and to consider Jerusalem a sacred place. We all love Jerusalem, Jews, Christians & Muslims. We should respect each others rights and work togrther on solving our differences in a peacefull & civilised way. We all know the the Jews were denied this right by muslims & christians throughout history & Muslims denied this right by the crusaders for few centuries & christians were denied this right too during another part of history.
