The number of arab residents in jerusalem is not the number of arabs with a resident's card (245,000).
Here is the bug! Maybe half of them live in arab suburbs. When a jew move outside the municipality is no more take into account in the population of Jerusalem it's not true for an arab. The fertility rate is the same among arabs and jews in Jerusalem (around 4 children).

You can't have a capital that most of the world do not recognize and where more than half the population is hostile. A true visionary leader is needed to find a peaceful and everlasting solution for these issues. Truth be said, as it stands now, Israel has no king and no vision

First i am Christian , the Vatican is not a holy place to compare it to Mecca or Jerusalem ... Mecca is holy place only for the Moslems and not for anyother relegion and that's why any none Moslem will visit Mecca will not respect the place and this condetion is not in Jerusalem because there is a holy place for the three relegions so all will have to respect the city because it's part of their relegion ... very simple ... and let's think loud .... which relegion from the three axcept and respect the other two relegions ... Islam is only one which forced it'e people to respect and even to protect the people of the book (Jews and Christians) and to treat them the same like Moslems and this you can ask about it any senior Jew who lived in any Arab countries before 1948 if they felt any diffrences between them and the others . so and like this which people will be the most ohnest of takeing care about all visitors from the three relegions ? ... and it was there in Jerusalem before 1948 . me as Christian i don't mind to visti the city under Moslems rulers but i mind to visti it when it's in the hand of Jews ... why ?? ... because you don't believe in Jesus and you don't believe that Christianity is God relegion , you are even joking about Jesus ... so ... it's easy
