Societies like Egypt and the rest of the arab world will always lag behind the rest of the world and never advance or move forward as long as they do not have freedom, specially freedon of speach

The majority of Israeli Arabs DO apreciate the freedom of the speach they have in Israel and they do see their future in a democratic Israel. What they do not apreciate is the discrimination against them in every walk of life, specially when it comes to jobs, services and education.

I have read his Blog, in regards to his writings about Islam, I found them insulting and blasphemous. If he does not like Islam leave Egypt and move to a country where the people hate Muslims, like Israel.

The Arabs in Israel have free speech.Israel is the only real democracy in the Middle East.

In 92 I first visited Egypt. I saw western women spat on and swarn at in Cairo (they wore T-shirts). We were lied to, cheated, and generally abused. In Luxor, fortunately, we met good people. How ignorant can you be? There is no way that you can bring these 3 groups together and not have their religious beliefs be top priority on the list. All 3 groups call Jerusalem home. Yet it is only promised to one. The whole fight with the pals right now is over Jerusalem. And that city is holy to the Jews, Christians, and then the muslims.
