The Iranian people are so screwed.

Useless waste of money. Everyone knows that eventually all of Iran's nuclear facilities will be bombed. More effort and money should be spent on Iran's economy and social programs than nuclear energy. Iran has enough energy without nuclear power. This needless spending will just further their tailspin. The civil unrest in Iran will increase soon sending this government out of office.

Iran may be dangerous at many levels, but we can hardly prevent them from building nuclear power stations. These centrals produce large amounts of energy with very limited pollution, and will help devellop their economy and life quality. Close monitoring may be necessary, but nuclear energy and nuclear weapons are two very different things.

Why isnt the Russian reactor a light water one .. light water reactors are harder to use to enrich uranium and create bombs that old fashioned heavy water reactors. Time to bomb Irans neuclear facilities now so even if they do build their own reactors they wont have the fuel to run it and make bombs. Its obvious that Russia and China are going to veto any sanctions that would really hurt Iran and act as a deterent so now is the time to take gambles use millitary action to destroy what they have put the Iranian neuclear program behind by years which will hopfully be long enough to sort things out diploamticly long term without there being a rush for them to get nukes.

It's being built by Russians! We know what great work they do. Probably another Chernobyl. Iran will throw lots of money at this and it probably won't even be enough to run a kettle.
