3. who cares about the money when your lev
Firstly, I think property values in Jerusalem and some other areas have risen over the last while (correct me if I am mistaken, i don't live in Israel). But, while there isn't the same kind of economic chance in Israel as other parts of the world, I think what number 1 is getting at, is more of a humanitarian thing for Jews/Israelis. Lev Leaviev is HUGE, he is worth so much money its not even funny. Why not do something good for such an important country even if your not gonna make quite the same rate of return, when your Lev, in this case, it wouldn't even matter.
