Where do you get your figures from ? Have you seen the actual document ? That is an arrogant statement. IT just seems to me, that what ever Jews do in Israel is ok to you. Right or wrong, they can do what ever they want because they say that have the right to. Way to go. I see you have made long strides in the peace program here buddy. Keep it up.

Jews paid $700,000 for the house, as reported in Jerusalem Post and also by Arutz 7. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1173879123249&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull If they had no claim whatever the IDF would have moved them out already. The house was not occupied by Arabs as the structure is unfinished.

34. Way to research there buddy

Mr. Kyle, you are going to base your statement on this ? I see you and i didn't go to the same school. Where I went to school, you didn't take one side of the story and run with it. Just becuase the Jewish Community in Hebron says they paid for this house, where is the document ? Where is the logic in going to a house, and taking it at gunpoint ? This is an ugly situation. And if the settlers have purchased the house, then why come armed ? The IDF will never protect Palestinian interest. Do you think that they care one iota about the Palestinans ? How about the many destroyed houses prior to this ? How about the settlers in Jerusalem who did this very same thing. Who do you think will win here? Let me guess, Israeli Settlers, Israeli courts, my money is not on the poor Arab. What crime has he commited ? Why should he have his home just taken from him ? Just becuase the structure is unfinished, means that they can just take the house ? Next time i'm riding thru Brooklyn, and I see a house being renovated, i'm going to go with a couple hundred armed friends and take the house. Let's see what happens then . What do you think would happend if i did that ?

"Just becuase the Jewish Community in Hebron says they paid for this house, where is the document ?" They have submitted their document to the court for evaluation. "Where is the logic in going to a house, and taking it at gunpoint ? " Who says they took it at gunpoint? "The IDF will never protect Palestinian interest. Do you think that they care one iota about the Palestinans ?" The IDF has many times acted to protect the Palestinian interest, but put it this way: why should the IDF protect the interests of people who are their sworn enemies? "How about the many destroyed houses prior to this ? " Not relevant to this issue. "How about the settlers in Jerusalem who did this very same thing. " Jews in Jerusalem are not "settlers" and they have purchased buildings for hard cash. "Just becuase the structure is unfinished, means that they can just take the house ? " They can take it because they BOUGHT IT AND PAID FOR IT. Where is your proof that they just swarmed in and invaded a house they did not buy? Because you believe "settlers always do this" Where do you do your research bubb?

You are dancing around the issues here. Your argument was that they purchased the house for 700K$. However, even if that is true, what gives them the right to just come in and take a house ? If someone else claims to own the house, shouldn't the courts decide it ? Shouldn't they house the remain unoccupied until that is decided ? You can see from all the photos that there are settlers there with riffles. As far as the IDF and treatment of human beings (Palestinians), well that is an issue for another debate. There are settlers in East Jerusalem (supposedly part of the Palestinian Authority) who have captured dozens of home in this same fashion. And when they reach the Israeli courts, what do you think the outcome is ? By the way, if the West Bank is part of Palestine, shouldn't the Palestinian Courts decide? (oh wait, they aren't allowed to have their own court system, my bad). If those settlers can take that house because they bough and paid for it, shouldn't the Palestinain man that has been working and renovating this house, and purchased be allowwed to have it ? i mean come on, you seem fairly educated, make your arguments valid my friend. You can't live by an Israeli double standard. Take your emotions out of this argument. Think logically. I will leave with this last question. Suppose that you are at the movies with your family one night. You come home to find 300 people, many with riffles homesteading your lovely home in colorado. But they say they purchased it legally. What are your rights in this situation ? Since you live in Colorado, let's say they are Native Americans. This was their land only 200 years ago, and they want it back ? But you purchased your house thru the bank. Which you though was legit. What would you do my informed friend ? What would your reaction be ? You must lift your emotion out of this to make a good argument. Have a wonderful day. Shalom/Salaam

Baz said: "Your argument was that they purchased the house for 700K$. However, even if that is true, what gives them the right to just come in and take a house ?" You retard, they bought it! That makes them now the owners and they are entitled to move in. "If those settlers can take that house because they bough and paid for it, shouldn't the Palestinain man that has been working and renovating this house, and purchased be allowwed to have it ?" No you retard, if the Jews bought the house IT IS THEIRS and the Arab who took the money NO LONGER OWNS IT. "Suppose that you are at the movies with your family one night. You come home to find 300 people, many with riffles homesteading your lovely home in colorado. But they say they purchased it legally. What are your rights in this situation ?" Let's say I sold my home through a realtor and the buyer moved in. THEN IT'S THEIRS. You are claiming that this Arab should take $700,000 from Jews (they are only "settlers") and yet still keep the house he sold. That is the mentality of a THIEF.
39. One more thing, Baz
Kyle ,   Southpark, CO, USA   (03.21.07)
"By the way, if the West Bank is part of Palestine, shouldn't the Palestinian Courts decide? " What would the Palestinian Courts decide? According to Palestinian Law, Jews automatically get the death penalty for stepping on Palestinian land just because they are Jews, and the Arab gets the death penalty because it is illegal to sell land or homes to a Jew. Wonderful Palestinian laws, wonderful Palestinian courts.

This is like going on a merry go round with you. By the way, I never called you a name. This is your mentality. But it shows the world true Israeli mentality. No where in this article, did I read (maybe you and i read things differently) that the man sold his house to those settlers. He bought it for and renovated it, spending over a million dollars on it. HE never sold this house to anyone. Now, if he bought it from someone else, and they also sold it to the Settlers, than who has the right to it. If they have both been duped, why do the settlers then get this land automatically ? So how is this man a thief ? You are playing words here my good friend. Again, if you lifted your emotions out of this, perhaps you can see that both sides were scrwed in this deal. Or maybe one is wrong. But why not let the courts decide, and make the property vacant, at least until a court decides. Why do you think it's ok for the settlers to automatically stay. So, you again danced around my "you were at the movies question". I didn't not ask if you sold it legit. I said if you someone came and squatted in your home, while you were at the movies, claiming to have bought it. What would you do ? I thought you were somewhat intelligent. Now I have lost hope. You purposely evade my questions and call me nice names. Congratulations. I hope the wold sees what is really happening here. I hope evereyone gets what they deservice in the end. Have a nice day Sir. Baz
41. The conditional promised land
Just wondering ,   the world   (03.22.07)
The Conditional Promised Land ? The Israelis claim that they have a God given right to take all the land in Israel. Is this true ? Let's examine the Bible for the factual answers; First God makes the unconditional promise to Abraham's descendants, What Israelis overlook is that Abraham had more than one son; “The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you." Genesis12. Then in verse 6 and 7 we further read “Abram traveled through the land as far as the site of the great tree of Moreh at Shechem. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. The LORD appeared to Abram and said, "To your offspring I will give this land." (Not Isaac, not Ishmael, Both "Your offspring" (i.e. plural; your children) This is also clearly seen in Genesis 17:7-8 when God repeats his promise to Abraham after Abraham had obeyed God’s command: “I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.” This obviously includes Ishmael, whom the Arabs are descended from because even after Abraham died, Ismael is addressed as "Abrahams's son" in the Bible; "Then his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him (Abraham) in *the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, facing Mamre," Genesis 25:9 Therefore, even the Bible editors recognized Ishmael as Abraham's valid son, a fact latter apologetics try to dilute. But God made also conditional promises to the people of Israel. A conditional promise is based on the “if-then” principle. This means that God will do or give something if the people meet certain requirements. In his farewell speech to the Israelites, Moses repeats the pact that God made with them. This speech takes up a major part of the book of Deuteronomy. There is a whole section where God promises all types of promises if they keep His commandments and obey His Law. Deuteronomy 28:1-2 says that “If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God…” This is followed by a long list of blessings. The principle of the “if-then” is clear here. But starting in verse 15 of the same chapter the Lord warns Israel of the consequences of disobedience; “However, if you do not obey the LORD your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country. Your basket and your kneading trough will be cursed. The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks. You will be cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out.. There are countless fatalities and plagues that the Lord tells Israel that it will befall on them if they disobey. For our present issue at hand verses 63 to 66 of the same chapter point to what has happened and why Israel still has a problem with the so-called promised land. “Just as it pleased the LORD to make you prosper and increase in number, so it will please him to ruin and destroy you. You will be uprooted from the land you are entering to possess. Then the LORD will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other. There you will worship other gods--gods of wood and stone, which neither you nor your fathers have known. Among those
