Like it will make Iran to give up its right to defend its country and if u were Hoping America will attack , Look Iraq after 4 years America only Controle the green Zone and Building around them , not even one city . Good job missiles were not pouring down on us. We didn't even hear the siren from my office (in Tel Aviv). We all carried on working like nothing happened. This reminded me of the first night of the Gulf War, hardly anyone heard the siren and most people slept through it. Good to see things have improved.........................................................................................NOT!

... *not* to "temporarily halt" the drill due to the real security warning. Obviously Israel felt compelled to devote resources to a real threat rather than a potential one. But does anyone seriously think the enemy will "temporarily halt" an assault until Israel has spare resources available?

First of all, the drill was not ment to be a drill for "normal israely" but for the security forces and rescue servives; so that no one acted in your office, explain that everyone exccept you knew what was going on! Secondly, the Home Front command has being delivered flyers in every house in israel, explaining that if you did not hear the siren, you should call and infor the home front about this, so guess you missed this point to! Well... apparently you missed the hole point of todays drill - sad!

The nation with the more powerful military is not necessarily the evil nation. The people who have had more casualties are not necessarily the innocent people. Though many times it is as such, it does not hold true for all wars or conflicts.

The exercises held were another desperate act of trying to gain public trust. The Israel public along with the fighting and wounded soldiers were abandoned by the Army's chief of staff Dan Halutz during this last war when Dan was too busy managing his stock portfolio based on his inside information as Army Chief...is that illegal in Canada or America? Guess who abandoned the citizens of Israel along with the fighting and wounded soldiers...Amir Peretz and Ehud Olmert, about a month or so ago Ehud Olmert said openly that it was not so bad if the soldiers being held captive would stay a little longer with their captors, wow what a leader Ehud Olmert, with the Kadima party in power Israel doesn't need enemies.

I reported back when the Gulf War started that noone in my area heard the siren - we reported AGAIN that we didn't hear the siren yesterday. I guess living in beer sheva would make you feel nasty and irritable, t ry moving.
