The answer is that Hamas and Islamic extremism makes them do it. Not Israel. The Palestinians have the option of entering negoatiations with Israel for a peace treaty and the establishment of a Palestinian state. However, Hamas has repeatedly stated: -no recognition of Israel -no peace treaty with Israel -no two state solution Then, Hamas goes and sells suicide murder as a religious precept, a free ticket to paradise, and with lots of money for the surviving family. That's what makes someone become like this.

Palestinians have been dieing for 70 years now. your brilliant strategy of "you kill them" isn’t working. you need to round them up mothers, sons, fathers and gas them until there is no one left to hate israel for what it's doing. unless you do that, there will always be a mother, or a son, or a father that wants payback even if it means sacrificing their own life.
