As far as the rest of the world and I are concerned, Homesh is part of what should be under Palestinian sovereignty. Therefore, I don't see why Israel think they must be concerned by this action of settlers. If any individuals decide to enter a foreign territory and claim it as their land, they can do that, but it is at their risk. Israel do not have to feel obligated to protect them (in fact, doing so would amount to participating in a crime). That also means that Israel does not have to remove them. Let these settlers deal with the PA and the Palestinians. If they can come in reasonable terms with them and accept to live in a Palestinian State, then that's all fine.
