"So I read this article about this band --Been a big fan of Matisyahu's since 2002, got the 7th pressing his original and long discontinued, "Shake off the Dust...Arise" SO I DECIDED TO CHECK THESE GUYS OUT: WOW, listen to this instrumental, fun, good music.......(i wanted to get myself and my brother this album cause we both love the blues).....and then it happened....the vocals began...and it was SOOOOoooOOOOOooo BAD, that it ruined everything! Whoever wrote this article might have been feeling pressure from others around himself, that he felt the need to SO highly praise another Jewish musical group. I would imagine that it feels similarly to those Christians who love Christian music--but they love it JUST because its labeled that way, not based on merit and talent. Had they gotten a better singer, maybe this could be salvaged still--while it's young, because THEY ARE VERY TALENTED AND MUSICALLY WELL-ADJUSTING GROUP. BUT THE VOCALS SUCK!"
