Pelosi and the others can only meet with Syria and Lebanon as citizens of the U.S. since none of them have been authorized to speak to these government leaders on behalf of the U.S. governement or its people. And I thought she was elected Speaker to preside over the AMERICAN House of Representative. They will hear your actions on Iraq, and your inaction against Syria, as evidence that you are a wimp who won't stand up against aggresson and terrorism, even blatant aggression and terrorism. Why does anyone think any of these troops are ever coming home? Back in 2004, Iran was different, MUCH different. FOLKS, this is 2007 and the 15 British and 20 plus Israelis and other foreigners being held hostage in Iran aren't coming home until Iran becomes much different again. Our "friend," Nancy, with her BEGGING just added at least 10 years to hostage's "sentences" - and if we try to shorten this through war, well, not a good idea. Maybe the way out is to seize several thousand Iranians, Syrians and other assorted cultists and trade them for the hostages in Iran. Palestinians always want a 1 for 200 or 1 for 500 swap. (I guess they think we're worth 500 times more ??? - WOW - what a self esteem problem for them!!!) The Iranians, deep down, probably believe we're hundreds of times better than they are as well, so we're going to need to take thousands of hostages to exchange. The BIG difference is we'll obey the Geneva conventions and not parade our hostages on TV. I guess we really ARE better. Maybe this isn't the best solution, BUT it undoes NANCY's BEGGING and it is NON-VIOLENT! Violence is NOT the answer.
