Attila, the figures are decieving......they count 16 and 17 year olds(which is majority of prisoners) as children. These children still fire guns, kill people or break the law etc. and they all get a fair trial before conviction. There have been alot of children used as suicide bombers in the past. The conditions they live in the prison is far better than how they live in gazza. In fact i read an article not long ago about how some Gazza mothers intentionally send their children out to throw stones and harrass the IDF because they wanted their children arrested. They know their children will be safe, warm and get fed in an Israeli jail.
